Robert ( Bob) M. Chiusano hails from the east coast and has been a resident of the Midwest throughout his professional career. After receiving his BS in Engineering from the State University of NY, he began his career at Rockwell-Collins, Inc. while at the same time earning his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
While at Rockwell-Collins, he served in a variety of individual and leadership positions, most recently serving as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Systems. After a highly successful tenure at Rockwell-Collins, Bob embarked on a multi-faceted career focusing on personal and leadership development. He serves as an adjunct lecturer and student mentor at the University of Iowa, authored a Barnes and Noble multiple best seller book in 2014 on professional development entitled "Mediocrity is Not an Option". He is the founder of RMC Consultancy, LLC, a small business focused on leadership development and operational excellence. Bob was recently elected Chairman of the Board of Winnebago Industries, Inc. where has served as an Independent Director since 2008.
Known for his unlimited energy and his passion for life, Bob's diverse messages will challenge you to become more selfaware, question all that's holding you back and encourage you to make a personal commitment to do what it takes to become all you can. In his spare time, Bob enjoys cooking and baking, wine collecting, personal fitness and archery. He recreationally farms in Iowa where he lived with his wife Joanne, a Registered Pharmacist ( recently deceased). Bob and Jo have two children, Robert and Christina, whom both reside and work in California.
