Baja NOW - Carver Hawkeye Arena Showcase: February 10, 2019

On Friday, Iowa Baja was invited into Carver-Hawkeye Arena to show our car on the concourse during the Iowa Hawkeyes vs. Maryland Terrapins Wrestling event.

We showcased The Patriot, our American Flag Liveried National Competition Vehicle from the 2017-2018 Baja Season. During the match, fans stopped by to meet the Baja team, take pictures with the car, and learn more about our mission to accelerate the future of engineers at Iowa through hands-on education.

While we were at Carver, we also had the chance to sit and watch the event. Highlights included a 48-0 blowout, the largest win in series history. Spencer Lee pinned his opponent during his introduction music in less than 30 seconds.
